I checked my bill and EE charge me 420£ for ONE OFF CHARGES AND CREDITS

EQUIPMENT???

I paid upfront for Phone so dont understand it...

The upfront charge & the equipment credit should cancel each other out in your bill.

@pkforever  To get the device you have it on credit you pay that off over the contract.   Your upfront cost was a faction to part cover the cost of the device.
