So we have a family account that holds multiple "devices" or plans. Currently I have my email that when logged into my EE will show me the one device/plan I have but will not let me change details because I am not the "account holder". The articles I've seen that say call 150 seem to be changing the entire account to a new person or changing those details which is different to what I want.
I remember looking before and there was a way with a credit check to transfer the plan to my own account to be the account holder for that plan with my own control and bank details.
Could someone provide links to do that? If not would calling 150 be the right place to get the transfer done.

Billing, and the resulting direct debit, are done at account level and not for individual phones.
Nothing stops you from making manual or additional payments as and how you choose.

Thanks but that doesn't separate the one plan to give control the the "child" account which is one of the main concerns while also making things more complicated with manual or additional payments.
