My son transferred ownership over to me last week, I’m the bill payer, but Im still not able to access the EE account, has it been changed ?

@Magdom68 Are you using the login details that was created for this account? Ie your son setup ?

When I am logging in to EE account I can’t gain access to the settings because it says bill pair only I am because my son transferred ownership over the phone last week

@Magdom68 You’ve got to change your user status as your down as a user not bill payer. When you setup an account your automatically set as a user you need to change this to bill payer.
You do this online not the my EE app
You can change this setting in your online account settings. Menu - Account settings -manage numbers.
