I have had to cancel my existing insurance with full cover which includes damage cover with Apple care services due to a technical issue. Apple support should be able to see that I have AppleCare with full cover can I renew it due to a technical issue?

I have had to cancel my full insurance with ee due to a technical issue. AppleCare should be able to see on their systems that I have A CS AND APPLECARE INCLUDED, BUT CANNOT SEE IT. This is for my iPhone 11 if I have AppleCare, it should come up with a picture of a apple left top corner

Was your full cover with EE?
If your insurance has now been cancelled you will not be able to process a claim.
