Trade in.

Hi, I’m due an upgrade for free but it keeps bringing up the trade in old phone. I’ve never had to trade in before and want to keep old contract phone as a spare? Why does it not give the option to keep the phone anymore?

Provided you're in the last 30 days of your contract, you should be able to upgrade free of charge without having to trade-in your current phone. 

If you send us a text with UP to 150, what does it advise you?
