Help, billed twice

Hi please can someone  help I’ve been billed for 2 EE tv accounts.  Have tried phoning customer service and I keep getting “tmc” are working on it we can’t  do anything until they are done, that was 2 weeks ago. 

I need some actual technical support and on the phone there unable to assist, to make matters worse I can’t see any account info in the EE app only my mobile , no tv / broadband / landline. 


please DM with assistance .

Sorted the refund out having spoken with Customer services , however I still am unable to view my broadband / tv info via the app. At a loss now as no one seems to be able sort this just keep getting passed from person to person
