Hi
Ive Ordered the new IPhone 17 and I’ve traded in my current iPhone 15 for the discounted price however I’ve still not received the iPhone 17 and I got an email saying I have until the 4th Nov to trade in my current iPhone 15 otherwise I’ll lose out on the discounted price. Do I have to trade in now or can I wait until my new phone arrives?

Thanks for coming to the community.
With new-release phones, the returns bag is usually timed to arrive around the same time as your new device.
You won’t be expected to return your current phone until your new one arrives.
As @Chris_B mentioned, please reach out to our team, who will be able to check the status of your order and your trade-in.

@alexdavies99 You shouldn’t trade in until you get the new device. If I was you I’ll call customer support about this.
