Why do you require me to co figure my wifi extender through your childish unstable app?  Your app is down and I have no Internet in my office cause I can't access the app. Grow up and start acting like a. Business and not some business run from your grannies garage?

Who is the CEO of this job me business? If they had any spine they would call me to explain themselves. My guess is they won't because they are nothing more than a money grubbing, moron who got the job cause he went to school with Benno is a coward who refuses to be responsible for the dire service he oversees.

Go on yella- prove me wrong?

Bet you don't...

@Whatservice  the app goes down when they are performing account maintenance.  Your app is just a portal to your account and EE will do account maintenance when it will cause the least disruption for the vast majority of customers.    As you haven’t set up the extender you’ll not get the £100.   EE can not work around when you want to install that extender

@Whatservice If it is the display estimate off billing, takes about 3 months before it all settles into displaying everything correct. The extenders should not need the app to join to the hub, used to possibly verify operation but you could also look at them via the web manager interface as another method!

@Whatservice , you appear to know so much about how a company works, so you should be able to sort out your wifi extenders, rather than slagging EE customer service off. This is not customer service, we have no account access and do not know who you are, also they do not work 24/7 and as @Chris_B  has written, maintenance updates are done at night when fewer customers are likely to need to use it.

You really expect EE to give you £100 because you have no idea how to set up your wifi extenders? Maybe check how to set them up or ask in the forums, you may get the answer you need to do so.

@JimM11 : That it takes 3 months, or indeed any time, to get your billing correct!

Must you always spread alarm & despondency just cuz you've left EE?
