Today I got a spend cap notification but only used £7 extra this month

Today I got a spendcap notification on my account - I have three mobile numbers but the one I got the spend cap notification has definitely NOT gone over the spend cap - can anyone tell me why I would get this?

@Lizrobbo  there is no EE account access from this public forum. You will need to call customer support on 150.   Personally I wouldn’t worry about it as EE do sometimes send out notifications that are not relevant as in this case .  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Lizrobbo 

You can receive a Spend Cap notification once you have reached your Spend Cap, or attempted to do something that would take you over your Spend Cap. 

You can check what the Spend Cap covers at Set up and manage Spend Cap
