 I xxxxxx xxxxx my new no xxxxxxxxxxx I take this no on deal £14 per month but unfortunately ur company send me to much bill approximately 22£

Well it’s obviously the remaining amount from your higher bill when merging you to your new tariff. This is normal. It’ll only be for the first month, then it’ll be £14 a month as per your new contract after that.
