If you've been using your EE phone in Ghana for 10 months no wonder you've totted up a huge bill. Roaming ain't cheap!
As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/ghana.

Your bill will show what the reasons for the additional charges are, you can view your bills via myEE online or via the app.
But if you've been using your phone in Ghana, then roaming charges - as explained above - are very likely a factor in those additional costs.

Hello @edgarturkson.
Welcome to the community.
Do you have access to your My EE account?
Have you been making any calls or texts whilst in Ghana from your UK SIM?
Speak soon,
Katie 🙂
