And saying my direct debit hasn’t been processed. My direct debit is due in the next few days but this text has told me to visit ee-uk-redirect.web.app
I am assuming this is spam but the closeness to by actual payment date concerned me?

forward the text to 7726 which is the “Smishing Fraud Reporting Service” in the UK. They will reply with a request for the mobile number used which you can reply with. Once you have done that 7726 will reply again to say thanks.

I've had a similar message this morning from 07303 196924. Checked my account and everything is up to date. Seems to be a scam.

@njh6 It is. EE will not ever send you a link to your account for payment. A scammer will do this so you go to their website to provide your EE information and bank details.
No company should send you any link to login to an account and if they do treat it as a scam.

It's obviously a scam! The link in it is not even to EE (domain ee.co.uk).
There are many of these going the rounds. EE would never send you a msg asking you to click on a link in order to access your a/c.
