Text charges

I’ve not been abroad I’ve had charges at home, from messages from companies I’ve been charged for them texted ing me?

Hi @Hera66 

You may have subscribed to services from a business.

Are you able to look at your bill under 'additional charges' to see if you recognise the business that the charge came from?

If you don't recognise the business or number, you could also try running a Google search on the number you don't recognise. 

If you believe your bill is an incorrect amount, you can give us a call and get it looked into for you.
