Tech Add-on

Hi, ive been looking threw the web site not the app (don’t use the app) and cant find the Tech Add-on part stating when my currant Tech Add-on runs out. i got a Nvidia 4060 Duel and have been paying since 2024's black Friday at £18 PCM and i know its due to end.

its not even listed here but my bill still says £18 for my Tech Add-on. image.png

Forgot to add that is the only place on the account i can find it listed.

Thanks for coming to the community.

It would usually be listed in the section you have in the first screenshot. I checked on my Add to Plan and it was showing in the current add-ons and gave me an end date for it as well.

For when you've said it was added, it does sound like it would be a 24 month Add to Plan, but if you wanted to check for sure when it is due to end, give our billing guides a call and they'll bring up your account to see when it will be due to drop off.

Hi @Michael_D Thanks for your help.

Just got off the phone and CS was not very helpful. said they could not attach the info in regard of end date but just said November. 

Not very helpful at all and i think its a crime to not have the legal info on the account laying out the ToS on the fiance.

Ive not had any of this info available to me, each time Ive had to call about it.

seeking legal advice.
