Do you have a spend cap active and unable to use your phone abroad?

Do you have signal showing on your device? 

Did you text ROAMING to 150 before travelling abroad? 

You can change your Spend Cap limit in your EE account. Please see the How Do I Set Up and Manage Spend Cap? page for full details.
