Hi! Been on the Friends and Family Discount for years and years. Since I worked at T-mobile I’ve been a customer without any issues. Recently upgraded online and the order clearly shows the discount moving over. Clearly showing 30% discount as expected.
Received first bill and no discount applied.
Never had any problems when upgrading previously.
Can someone look into this please?

I'm sorry to hear that the discount doesn't appear. If you have a chat with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check the account history and try to get it re-added for you.
