Hi, my numbers have swapped over but it’s saying I have an extra charge of £30 because I’ve gone over my limit but my phone has been cut off. The numbers swapped today and I’m completely without a phone. I’ve turnt it on and off numerous times and took the sims out. What do I do? Thanks

What limit do you think you've breached, to apparently incur a £30 charge?
EE CS have access to your individual account, and are available on 07953 966150 from any working phone.
