My contract ends on 30 November 2022 & I am switching from EE to O2 on sim only but don’t know what date I can tell EE I’m leaving them, can it be today or does it have to be on the 30th? Also how do you cancel your contract? Can it be done by logging in as they don’t answer the phone very quickly!! Thanks for your help

As you will be switching to another network you don't tell EE anything. If you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.

@Bex56  If you don’t want to keep your number you need to request a STAC code and you give that code to the other network.  You get a STAC code by texting STAC to 75075

You can request your PAC or STAC code anytime within the last 30 days of your contract as you would of already paid your final bill to EE just don’t stop your payment method as EE will refund you and over payment you until you leave the network and if you was to make a chargeable call before you leave EE you’ll need to pay for that also.   Best to stop your payment method once your EE billing date has passed the following month.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
