Hi,
I am currently on PAYG and looking for a way to switch to Pay Monthly. So, I navigated to SIM plan, selected the one I wanted, since I am currently PAYG customer, selected the existing customer option. Then after logging in, I was redirected to https://ee.co.uk/what-do-you-want-to-do-today page. I am stuck in that stage. I tried the link for Switch to Pay Monthly from PAYG, it is not working anymore. Is there a way I can switch without visiting a store?

If you give our customer service team a call, they'll be able to upgrade you to a pay monthly contract.

The link you mentioned is not working. Is there a way to switch online without visiting store? Whenever, I tried to select plan and login, the website said something went wrong.

I've been trying to buy a pay monthly plan online and whenever I choose one it says unavailable. What can I do?
