Switching From Contract to PAYG

Spop
Visitor

Hello everyone, I need some advice.

I'm currently on a 24 month contract and have only been on it since August, however I'm struggling to keep up with the payments so I want to switch to PAYG.

How would I go about doing this? And if I switch then what bills and/or fees would I need to pay?

Thank you. 🙂

If you started that contract in August, then you have a contractual minimum term for 24months from then.

If you are having financial difficulties, you need to contact EE CS ASAP to discuss them.

@Spop  To terminate the contract it will  mean paying off that contract to the minimum term date.   You get a 4% discount on the remaining term fee.     Call customer service as recommended by @bristolian and explain your issue as they might be able to help.
