Switched from bt mobile, yet only one sim!

Switched 3 sims from bt family plan to ee. The lady switched them all over the phone and got our PAC codes sent to us. However only one ee sim has arrived, and when I login to ee online it's only showing two sims on there not a third one?

 

Need this sorted by the end of this week or I'll be billed for another cycle with bt!

@Knay   You’ll have to call customer services about this.   This public forum can not help with this issue. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
