I am currently travelling around south east Asia and have been for the last 6 months. I decided to keep my EE monthly SIM card but haven’t used it as I have been getting local SIM cards.
My mother received a letter for me from EE saying my account has been suspended. Normally my payments have been going out with no issues. I have tried to get back onto my account to see why I owe a payment a lot more than what it should be. However, my plan is no longer on my EE app. I need to phone to query this, will I be able to phone from said SIM card? I don’t want to phone from my current SIM card and be charged.
hope someone can help! Thank you!

Hi there @Kljones12
Thanks for coming here.
If the account has been suspended, outgoing calls may be blocked from the EE SIM card.
To get the payments and bill looked into, you can call us from abroad using any other phone on +44 (0)7953 966 150 or a VoIP service such as Skype on 0800 956 6000.
