When I moved over from BT I was told that my payments would be the same, yet you keep changing the payment day on my DD. Its was set up with BT for the 1st of every month. Can you stop moving it around to make me miss payments and keep it on for the 1st of of every month.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Does the correct date show in your EE app for the direct debit? 

If this falls on a weekend or bank holiday the direct debit would be taken on the next working day.
