Hi 

I'm first time customer of EE

My account has been suspended 

My first Direct Debit doesn't come out until 10/12/23

On my account, it states to call 150 or 0800 number but I cant because my account is suspended 

Please help

Having listened to the entire long automated message...

There are options to speak to someone from EE at the end

So I should have listened to the entire message, instead of putting the phone down after stating "your account is suspended"

hopefully my mistake will help others

Download Skype and call the number in my signature over WiFi to speak to EE CS.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

Thankyou so much for your help

I do not want to install skype on my brand new phone

Is there a way you can get them to call me?

Is there text number I can contact EE on as they still work?

Even though mobile is suspended I can still receive calls and text

Other users on this forum are just customers like yourself. I'm fairly sure outbound calls from a suspended phone should all be redirected to the Collections area, precisely for situations such as this.

If not, you can use any working phone to call on 0800 0798586

Ok, I appreciate everyone is a user here 

But I'm caught in a loop...account suspended by mistake...my online account says call 150 or 0800 number...when calling plays an automated message "cant make calls from this number as account is suspended"

Don't have another phone and live alone

Is there any other way of contacting EE, via Email maybe?
