Support Callback Not Received

Ive had similar issues all so cancer called in last wk lady was lovely said id get a call in 48 hrs. No call phoned in did not get support team just debt management ive been with them years . Once my contract is done I will no longer yous all I asked was breathing space 3 months for treatment
