Struggling to pay

I’ve been off work beginning of the year, I’ve been really suffering from mental health and in which case I find it really hard to read and concentrate also I’ve been suffering from sleep deprivation and being able to get out anxieties forms and paperwork. with all the stresses and anxieties it’s literally hard to actually see and trying to take care of myself. I’m now being overwhelmed with so much things I need to be doing and prove it’s making me feel I can’t go on anymore. i’m feeling very vulnerable and anxious and the stresses are not helping me to be able to read and identify the issues that I need help
