Struggling to pay my bill

Hi

I am struggling to pay my bill this month.  Sue to being sanctioned from universal credit, but I pay it in full on the 3/04/24

You're doing the right thing in letting us know. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150 so that they can check your account and do their best to keep your service live.
