hello, my phone xxxxxxxxxxx has been suspended by the operator. I have a credit limit. Please your answer, why is it stopped and what should be done? Thank you!

If your phone has been suspended, please call us on 0800 079 8586 from any other phone and the team will get this looked into for you.

@VKalcheva You’ll have to speak with customer services about this. Phones are only cut off because the bill hasn’t been paid.
or
it’s the device has been reported lost or stolen and then it’s black listed and only the original device owner can request that blacklisting to be removed because they have found the device.
