I had a 24 month contract for my Apple Watch that was dated 26th Jan 2019 to 26th Jan 2021. 18 months later and I’m still being charged for it. I’ve spoken to multiple customer support workers who say they will cancel it, only to be charged for it again on my next bill. I’ve lost around £450 from this. I want my money back for it. I’ve paid my contact so why am I being charged out side of it.

The same thing has happened to me however when I ring them, they tell me they cancel it only to be charged in my next bill. I’ve lost almost £500 due to this.

I’ve done this before and they say they’ll cancel it, only for me to continue being charged. How do I go about getting the money thats been taken?
