Sean352

I tried to call EE to report a stolen/lost pay monthly tablet. It states on their website that they are committed to offering 24/7 customer service however when you press list/stolen phone on their website it tells you to call 150 from a pay monthly phone which I did twice surprise surprise there office is closed and I was informed by automated recording to call back at 8am I’m sorry but This is not 24/7 service which I’m paying nearly £80 a month for my mobile and sim my partners sim only and a tablet that’s went walkies unacceptable I wouldn’t like my iPhone to go missing and no way of locking it totally unacceptable EE

@Sean352   And I supposed you just hanged up the phone once you listened to that message.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Quite often these recorded messages play, then allow you to wait for an agent to deal with a lost/stolen queries outside normal CS hours.
