Still can't make calls after paying my bill yesterday

I paid my outstanding balance yesterday and still cannot make calls 24 hrs later.

The bar may need manually lifted. 

Have you tried switching your phone off and on?

If yes and this has still not worked please give us a call on 0800 079 8586 free from any landline or provider.
