Spend cap

I've just had a text telling me that as I have a Spend Cap I've been barred from some chargeable services. The cap was news to me - I've checked my account and it's showing a zero cap. Any idea what may be happening please?

Not been able to use my phone need to up my spend cap

Please log in to your My EE online, you should be able to up your spend cap there.
