I've had a contract with EE for a number of years. When my original phone was paid for I chose not to upgrade my phone.
I accepted an offer from EE which was more than adequate for my needs. That was at least 3 years ago, and in that time I didn't have any problems - until about one month ago when I was unable to send a photo because I had exceeded my Spend Cap limit. I am pretty certain my usage has not increased. However I upgraded my cap by £5. Now about 2 weeks later I am receiving the same message from EE!! What is going on?

Hi @Raymac265
Welcome to the community!
A Spend Cap allows you to limit some of your mobile usage outside of your plan, and you can change this at any time.
If you're receiving a message to say you've reached your limit, you may have other charges outside of your standard allowances in the background. For instance, if you have a £10 Spend Cap in place and have already used this for services outside of your allowances, it would then not allow you to send a picture message as you've reached your limit.
Do you have any other charges in the background you can see online?
Did you get confirmation your Spend Cap was increased?
