Sony D charges to my EE account not mine

I have received £231 of charges in 1 month to Sony D. EE will not help me and tell me to call the billing company… they cannot do anything about this either. I do not even have a PlayStation. We do not have any text of these charges absolutely nothing at all, what can I do? …. Before they cut me off for rightfully non payment

I had the same over 3 days. Came to about £130. I went round the castles at first with playsation then EE then playstation and then EE then playstation again, then they gave me the number i sent you. As I said I phoned them on Wednesday, had to leave a message as it was late and 8 people were in front of me. I then got a phone call back on Thursday evening. I was told they would contact me on Friday as it would need to be investigated. I didn't hear on Friday and started to give up hope and today I recieved an email saying they were going to give me a refund. My son only has one account and his phone number wasn't even on the account when we looked.

I have also had this issue having 4 payments coming out in two batches of 39.99 at 19.11 and 19.12 on the 9th October. 

Only to find out when I received my mobile bill.  My son whose phone seems to have been used and myself neither have or have had a Sony PlayStation or any playstation account? 

There are no protections such as two factor authentication  for any purchases using this service. No bank work likes this yet with this payment method they seem to be able to circumnavigate any banking rules?  I have spoken to EE who I have been a customer of for more than 20yrs and had no help and also spoken to Playstation through a chat option. This was also no help and they tell you to speak to the authorities or your payment provider. Through this forum I have found out about Boku and have emailed them and am waiting a response.  I have also emailed Marc Allera who is chief executive of EE .  I am absolutely flabbergasted that these companies allow payments like these so easily without the bill payers authentication..

I received my money back. I checked my bill and i am in credit with my bill. Defo phone Boku. I left a message as when it gets to 5pm you get to leave a message. The guy phoned me back the next day and within 4 days he emailed me to say I have a refund. Ask EE to put a spend cap and there is something else to stop my son getting charged for things. Hope this helps. 

Me too. Did you manage to fight it and if so how ? 

This has just happened to me. Could I have both email address please!!!
