Sony D charges to my EE account not mine

I have received £231 of charges in 1 month to Sony D. EE will not help me and tell me to call the billing company… they cannot do anything about this either. I do not even have a PlayStation. We do not have any text of these charges absolutely nothing at all, what can I do? …. Before they cut me off for rightfully non payment

I'm sorry to hear the other number you've been given also isn't working @Marty_G.

I'd recommend dropping them an email, and seeing how you get on.

You can’t use this phone number if you don’t have a PlayStation Sony account !!!! 
A number doesn’t exist for non members being charged fraudulently 

This has happened to me £154 I don’t have a PlayStation or Sony account either never have since 1998 when I took my re account out (orange)

Welcome to the EE Community. 

While the charges show on your mobile bill they're actually billed from the Authorised 3rd party. 

By contacting the 3rd party company that billed you, they'll be able to look into how the charges came about, which devices they are linked to, as well as resolve any disputes and investigate errors that may have occurred. 

You can find out more, including contact details, on our Third Party Phone Bill Charges | Help | EE page.

If you don't know the Sony account it may be linked to, you can log into Boku Customer Care Portal to find out what was purchased and from which merchant. 

Or visit boku.com/help for their contact number and email address. 

To stop Charge to Bill, just text the word 'BAR' to 150 and we will add a bar to your number which will block any further online purchases to it.

I had the same thing happen to me.

I also contacted playstation as on my transaction history it says No transactions. I have been passed from pillar to post and am back on the phone now with EE.

I spoke to EE today and they didn’t want to know, said call Apple, called Apple they said it’s Sony, I don’t have a Sony account…I’ve lost £160. I do not know how this happened 

Try Boku on 0808 1202341. They are only open monday to friday 9-5. I rang at 4:30 and then it went through to leaving a message as soon as 5pm reached. They phoned me back the next evening. I explained everything to them and I recieved confirmation from them today that I will be getting a refund. I will wait for my next bill and let you know if I get my money back. But trying to feel hopeful. I hope this helps you too. 

Was this sorted? What was the outcome. I’ve had 6 payments taken out within 5mins of each other. I don’t have a PlayStation or a Sony account…how can EE let this happen
