Someone Signed Up With My Email

Someone signed up for services using my email address and I'd like my email address to be taken off their account. As I live in the US, I am not available for a phone call.  Please reach out to me.

What was the email you received regarding?

Did it include and unsubscribe link?

Hey James.

The email was a confirmation that a phone had shipped to someone. It included an account number, an order number, and a lot of information on the phone they had ordered and the plan that the phone was on.

There is an Unsubscribe link, but generally these links don’t do a lot about service messages. I would prefer to have my email taken off their account.
