My daughter had a payg gain car which I’ve now updated to sim only contract for £11pm

i also ordered one for me which was £42pm. I have no been able to use my SIM card at all so just assumed it wasn’t activated and I wouldn’t be charged but EE have tried taking £70 which has been declined.

when I try logging in it just says account closed so I cannot see the bill or any details

@Kirsty777  The problem is the account change from PAYG to contract , it results in a closed account because the PAYG account has been closed.  You need to call customer support on 150 so the account can be corrected as a contract account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.
