I want to change my contract to a sim only contract

@Ninjafeet If you’re in your upgraded period then you can just upgrade to a sim only. you do that via your online account.
The sim only will not start until your have completed the full term of your current contract.

i have been trying to find this option on the website (for watch) but can only find a list of new watches when trying to 'upgrade' and nothing in account management either. Any clues?
