This is my 3rd attempt at setting up a direct debit to pay my bill each month, and each time, I am given the complete run around, to everywhere, but the page to set up a direct debit. Lots of tips and things you must do before setting one up, which I have followed, but no final step to actually setting one up.
I've given up again and will just go back to waiting until they suspend my daughter's account, due to non payment, before going back onto the page and paying the outstanding invoice.
Is this just me? I'm quite capable of setting up DD for all other companies, in fact, I find that they usually make it very easy for you, BC they really want your money. Not EE, it seems.

@sherryball : You can set up your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

I'm having exactly the same issue. I have looked everywhere. EE are awful.

On my account I clicked on add direct debit and the page just gave some message but no where I could create a DD. I phoned EE (one of several calls this week!) and eventually arranged a DD over the phone. I don’t know why you can't get it created on your account. My move from BT to EE has been far from smooth.

I am sorry you were unable to set up the direct debit in your EE account and had to call to get this set up.
