My account isn't working or my device ? It was closed due to missed payment but I have been in hospital for months and not long out so I have made payment can you put my account back on ?

I have tried contacting them it won't let me even when I put in my mobile number for then to find my account its saying the number isn't recognised

Looks like you've lost it completely due to non-payment.
Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.

If you have been disconnected due to non-payment, there's a good chance your account may have been passed to a debt collection agency too.
