So my bill is due to debit my account on 19th of this month, i used the rewards page through my EE app to buy a voucher code, the purchase went through but apparently it made me reach my credit limit for the following month and due 5o this my calls and texts allowanfe have been suspended nesrly a week earliet than the bill is due and EE 2ont restore it inless i pay £120 now which is ludacris considerjng the direct debit is set for the 19th when i actually have monwy to pay it. My bills are always on time so surely i shouldnt be penalised for using something on my "rewards page".

Hello @Dylant918 ,

Welcome to the community,

You will have to ring customer service and speak to them, there is nothing we can do in the public forum, no access to accounts, and as this is an account issue, you will have to speak to them.

What makes you think they have suspended your account? If you have a spend limit on your account, then I would suggest getting that lifted, hopefully that will solve the issue.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Schockwave i had already spoken with a member of live chat who informed me they wouldn't re instate Mt services until I pay 120 pound and there is no 2ay around it. I have raised a complaint but doesn't resolve my issue. It tells me my account is suspended through the app and the lady in live chat also confirmed it. I don't actually have any spend caps on my account (i have double checked just there). All it says credit limit reached and services restricted until I pay 120 pounds. Will they still take the 240 pounds on direct debit day too?? I'm seriously unhappy I still have allowances that Iv paid for, urgently need this week and can't use😪

@Dylant918 ,no idea, I know you spoke on live chat, but I would strongly suggest you ring customer service and speak to them. There is also a free number you can ring:

@Dylant918  A spend cap is not your credit limit with EE. A spend cap it’s just so you cannot go over a certain amount that you set. You have a credit limit with your EE account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
