i need help, i set up a payment plan and to stay connected the other day and for some reason my services have become restricted once more… yous havent even tried to take

We don't have access to your account here on the community to see what is happening with your promise to pay.
If you give our billing guides a call from another phone, they can access the account and see why the restriction has gone on.
