I signed up to EE Scam Guard at £1 a month. However on first bill since signing up i had 2 charges the £1 i signed up for and another charge of 49p ? Anyone know why i am being charged an extra 49p

Did you sign up for it halfway through the month? That is what it appears to be, but if you have any concerns, I suggest speaking to customer service.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
