Welcome to the EE Community.
I am sorry to hear you have lost your SIM.
I would recommend reporting this ASAP to our customer care team who can put a block on the list SIM.
The team can also help arrange a replacement SIM to be delivered to your home address OR you can visit your local EE Store with valid photo ID.
Valid photo ID accepted is a passport or a drivers license.
