I ordered 200GB Sim Only (24mth) £23 deal and received 125GB!!
This needs fixing.

Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 75GB.

If you can't see this in your account, I'd recommend speaking with our Customer Care team so they can check your account to make sure the add-on is there.

On my upgrades page, for the 200GB for £23 plan, it says it's 200GB for the price of 125GB. Extra data added after 10 days
This is the same for new customers too, seems a bizarre thing to do and will just lead to people questioning it. I'm sure EE have a good reason for it. 🤣

Did you get this sorted? Similar issue here, decided to upgrade to this plan because it was offering 200GB but my Add-on is giving me just an additional 20GB free so 145GB total.

I had been to the ee shop yesterday and the staff firstly asked me where i got the 125+75free offer from, and they told me the 125+75gb was a special offer which the White City EE branch offered to me, so that it wouldn’t be shown on the app. They didn’t add extra add-on for me. I’m so confused now.
