Can we define this terminology please. My S20 ultra has a cracked screen but the site states 'any condition'

@Robz_1992  If it says any condition then a crack screen is covered by any condition. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for this, the live chat agent seemed to dispute this while I was trying to upgrade which led to the confusion but to me in any condition means what it says and there is no * next to that 'in any condition'
