@Fazibrahim   This isn’t customer services and no here knows who you are let alone have access to your EE account to remove anything.   You can remove this yourself via your EE account or you can text STOP PASS to 150 . 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
