Can anyone tell me why I have been billed extra for roaming?

I paid £15 for the month and was away for 2 weeks, cancelled the option as soon as I got back through the app. 
Have just got my bill and have been charged an extra £7.20.🤔

It sounds like you may have been charged for the full month from when you added it. If you would like to query this, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.

How much in total have you been charged for it?

It was also itemised twice.
