Roaming EU pass

I bought a 12 day EU roaming pass but I do not know if I used it as I used Wifi when I could and I had enough data in my account.

I wish you can email or message EE as it would be better.

My husband had 25 mb of free wifi when he was abroad. Shame EE does not offer the same for their customers

Hi there @carolina63

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you did use data from your account when not connected to WiFi this would have used the roaming pass.

If you would like to get in touch, you can use the 'message us' option in the Help section of the EE app. Or, full ways to contact us can be found on the Contact Us page.

Any questions please let us know 🙂

Leanne.

@carolina63 : If you made or received calls or sent texts or used any of that data that you talk about during those 12 days then you did make use of it.

Also - mobile coverage will always be preferable to WiFi-hotspots, given a choice. Having a roaming pass enables use of mobile networks whilst roaming, thus WiFi hotspots can be avoided unless there's no coverage available... that's a win.
