I hope this email finds you well.I would like to request information on how to cancel the direct debit for my monthly package because Due to changes in my financial situation, I'm unable to continue with this monthly payment and I'm not using the service as much as I thought I would, so I don't need the package anymore.Could you please provide me with the procedure and any necessary guidelines I need to follow to ensure the cancellation is processed correctly?Thank you for your assistance. Contractually you have agreed to your monthly payments for at least the duration of your minimum term. If you're struggling financially, you need to contact EE CS urgently to discuss your individual circumstances.
